In Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, when the Meteorite is used from the Bag on Deoxys, the player can switch between any of Deoxys's forms in a set order. It changes in the order of: Normal Forme to Attack Forme, Attack Forme to Defense Forme, Defense Forme to Speed Forme, and Speed Forme back to Normal Forme.
Since Generation IV, Meteorites have appeared as interactive objects in certain locations, starting in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. Interacting with these meteorites while Deoxys is in your party can change its form. Some meteorites allow Deoxys to change into one specific form, whereas others allow Deoxys to cycle between all four of its forms, in the same way as the Key Item.

The meteorite in the uppermost crater transforms Deoxys into its Speed Forme.
The meteorite in the center crater transforms Deoxys into its Normal Forme.
The upper-right meteorite in the lowermost crater transforms Deoxys into its Attack Forme.
The lower-left meteorite in the lowermost crater transforms Deoxys into its Defense Forme.
