After the Pokémon holding Throat Spray uses a sound-based move, it consumes the item and its Special Attack is raised by one stage. Throat Spray is not used if the move fails, or finishes the battle.

When fed into the Cram-o-matic, it is a Water-type ingredient that gives 12 points towards the output value.

Description

Games Description SwShBDSPLA Raises Sp. Atk when a Pokémon uses a sound-based move. SV An item to be held by a Pokémon. If the holder uses a sound-based move, this throat spray will boost its Sp. Atk stat.
