Surging Sand (Japanese: 砂嵐時威力上昇 Power Boost in Sandstorm) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the weather on the field is a sandstorm, the user's moves are powered up by 10% per rank of this skill. This applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
