Nintendo Cup '99 (Japanese: ニンテンドウカップ'99 Nintendo Cup '99) is a Stadium Cup, which appears only in the Japanese release of the international version of Pokémon Stadium. It was based on the tournament of the same name.

Pokémon that were used in the top 8 of the Nintendo Cup 1997 national tournament at Spaceworld 1997, as well as Mewtwo and Mew, cannot be used. The Cup has a level restriction, only allowing Pokémon of level 50 or lower to compete.
