The Explorers HQ (Japanese: エクスプローラーズ本部 Explorers HQ) is the center of the Explorers's operations.
History
In Operation Infiltration!, Spinel, the leader of the Explorers, as well as the director of Exceed, sent five of the Six Heroes to be placed under captive inside the facility to ensure the Rising Volt Tacklers wouldn't manage to rescue them. Despite Liko, Roy, Dot, and Ult launching an operation alongside Amethio, Onia, and Zirc to rescue them, they were all trapped by the Explorers once they managed to get inside, separating them from each other and placing them into contact with the Explorers admins, who had one of the Six Heroes each by their side to assist them under the influence of the Super Strong Sphere.
In the following episode, Liko, Roy, Dot, Ult, Amethio, Onia, and Zirc were successful in defeating the Explorers-controlled Six Heroes, and later Pagogo was able to free them from the effects of the Super Strong Spheres. In the aftermath, however, Spinel used altered footage of the battle to create further distrust against the Rising Volt Tacklers, framing them as criminals who took the Six Heroes from the care of the Explorers when they were found injured on Mount Pericarp.
