Mud Sport (Japanese: どろあそび Mud Game) is a non-damaging Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation III.

Effect

Mud Sport reduces the damage of Template:Type2 moves by 50% on both sides in battle. The effects last until the user switches out.

  • Many Pokémon that are part Template:Type2 can learn Mud Sport through leveling up despite already being immune to Electric attacks. This move is most useful for them in double battles, which were introduced in the same Generation.
