The Ice Path (Japanese: こおりのぬけみち Looping Ice Path) is a four-floored cave located in the Johto region that connects Route 44 with Blackthorn City. It is known for its ice puzzles, which vary in size and difficulty.
Wild Pokémon
The Ice Cave is famous for its rare Jynx, but it has many other Pokémon as well. It is the only place in Johto to catch Swinub and Delibird. Below is a list of Pokémon in the cave along with their appearance rate:

Trivia
In Pokémon Gold and Silver, the Ice path looked like an average cave. However, in Pokémon Crystal, it was redesigned to make it look more ice-like.
