The road first starts at the north of Haruba Village, where the player must keep heading north till there's a rock which requires Cut 1 to cut a vine and allow the player to climb up.
The second section of Haruba Desert features a Savannah. If you walk around the savannah, you walk past a temple featuring a Hippowdon. Walkign further allows the player to go in the savannah, where you can catch Hippowdon. Doduo are recommend. There are sand storms flying around to prevent the player from comign closer to Hippowdon. Once the Hippowdon is reached, there are several Sandstorms around him, with one gap. After catchering him, his Sand Fill can be used to fill the hole between the road and the temple so the player can enter.

Haruba Desert (Japanese: ハルバさばく Haruba Desert) is an area in Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia.

It is located in a remote part of Almia. It links Haruba Village and Hippowdon Temple.
