It is an Attacker who peppers opposing Pokémon with ranged attacks that reduce their movement speed, then closes in to [[knock out (verb)|Knock Out]] Pokémon with melee attacks. Instead of only having a basic attack and a boosted attack, Greninja has a long range basic attack, a close range basic attack, and boosted versions for each of them. | |||

It is an Attacker who peppers opposing Pokémon with ranged attacks that reduce their movement speed, then closes in to Knock Out Pokémon with melee attacks. Damage category: Physical (as a boosted attack) | |
At long range, reduces the cooldown of Bubble, Water Shuriken, or Surf. At close range, deals increased damage the lower the opposing Pokémon's remaining HP is. Becomes a boosted attack with every third attack. As a boosted attack at long range, deals increased damage to opposing Pokémon and decreases their movement speed for a short time. As a boosted attack at close range, deals more damage. Effect: When no opposing Pokémon is locked-onto, or the opposing Pokémon locked-onto is far away, this is a Ranged basic attack. When close to an opposing Pokémon that it has locked onto, this is a Melee basic attack. A smaller blue circle appears around this Pokémon when it is close to an opposing Pokémon, and this circle indicates the range of the close range basic attack. The boosted attack at close range causes this Pokémon to move forward so as to appear on the other side of the target. |

Move slot 2
File:UNITE Substitute.png | Substitute みがわり Scapegoat |
Learned at Lv. 1 or 3 Cooldown: 8 seconds Upgrades into Double Team or Smokescreen |
Dash | Description | |
---|---|---|
Leaves behind a substitute doll for the user while it's moving forward.
Effect: The substitute doll has a low amount of HP and can be attacked and shoved as though it is a Pokémon. It is shown to hold the same amount of Aeos energy as the user had when the move was used, although it does not actually have that Aeos energy. When that HP runs out or a certain amount of time has passed, the substitute doll vanishes. (It does not drop the Aeos energy it never had.) If a wild Pokemon is currently attacking, and this Pokémon leaves the wild Pokémon's range while leaving the substitute doll within that range, the wild Pokémon will attack the substitute doll instead. It has no further effect on player Pokémon short of being another target that the Lock-On for attacks can detect. (If this Pokémon is not currently targeted by an opponent, the opponent may target the substitute doll instead of this Pokémon depending on their Lock-On settings and if this Pokémon is still within range of the opponent's attack. The dash of this move may allow this Pokémon to leave the range of the opponent, causing this scenario to occur.) |
File:UNITE Double Team.png | Double Team かげぶんしん Shadow Divide |
Learned at Lv. 5 Cooldown: 8 seconds Upgrades into Double Team+ at Lv. 13 |
Dash | Description | |
---|---|---|

Effect: Creates two copies of the Pokémon, one of which is sent out in a direction 120 degrees away from the direction the user moved in, and the other is sent out in a direction that is -120 degrees away from the direction the user moved in. The copies appear with a blue tint to the user. For opponents, the copies appear identical to the original Pokémon. The copies attack nearby Pokémon, and use Bubble, Water Shuriken, or Surf depending on the move this Pokémon knows. Each copy has its own HP, albeit a low supply, and the copies disappear when either that HP runs out or a certain amount of time has passed. The copies are shown to hold the same amount of Aeos energy as the user had when the move was used, although they do not actually have that Aeos energy. |
File:UNITE Smokescreen.png | Smokescreen えんまく Smokescreen |
Learned at Lv. 5 Cooldown: 13 seconds Upgrades into Smokescreen+ at Lv. 13 |
Buff | Description | |
---|---|---|

Upgrade: Increased Attack for a short time when the user exits stealth. Effect:The smokescreen inflicts Vision Obscured on opponents. |
Unite Move
File:UNITE Waterburst Shuriken.png | Waterburst Shuriken 極大水手裏剣 Maximum Water Shuriken |
