In the anime

The user's head glows blue and its body is enveloped in a blue light. It then charges at the foe at great speed.

Garchomp Garchomp flies at the opponent and the two appendages on its head glow light blue. Then, its body becomes enveloped in a light blue aura with the same color streaks and it slams into the opponent.
