Confuse Ray (Japanese: あやしいひかり Doubtful Light) is a non-damaging Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation I.
Effect
Confuse Ray causes the target to become confused. Confuse Ray will fail if the target has a Substitute, is already confused or has the ability Own Tempo.
