Dude is a Trainer on Route 29 right outside New Bark Town in Pokémon Gold, Silver, and Crystal. He teaches the player how to catch Pokémon. He has no eyes. How he is able to see is an utter mystery. He is the Generation II equivalent of the old man, and was replaced with Kotone or Gold in HeartGold and SoulSilver.
