Fumie Kittaka (橘髙 文美恵) is an illustrator for the Pokémon Trading Card Game, who has been illustrating since Cosmic Eclipse starting with Magnemite. She has been a concept artist for Game Freak since 2016, in charge of doing several pieces of concept art for Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon.[1] Thus far, Kittaka has illustrated 3 cards for the TCG.
