Magnemite (Japanese: コイル Coil) is a Metal-type Basic Pokémon card. It was first released as part of the Stormfront expansion.

Release information
This card was included in the Stormfront expansion, first released in the Japanese Intense Fight in the Destroyed Sky expansion. In Japan, it was also released as a Holofoil DP-P Promotional card as part of the Collection Challenge, a campaign that saw the release of several promotional cards through events during the Summer of 2008. It was awarded as a prize for competing in Gym Challenge events held at participating venues in conjunction with the Japanese screening of Giratina and the Sky Warrior in July 2008.

The Magnet is a held item in the Pokémon games. In the games, however, it boosts the power of Electric-type moves.
