Movelearning data

Dratini and Dragonair and Larvitar and Pupitar and Trapinch and Vibrava and Metang and Nuzleaf and Remoraid can learn Hyper Beam but not Giga Impact.
Stantler has Giga Impact but not Hyper Beam.

Defense Halved?
I don't recall ever hearing about defense being halved by this move in Generation I before I read it here, and from my experience I don't think it sounds right.
