Shiro showed up at Kenzo's dojo one day, stating that he wanted to battle and adding that he also wanted to be a shihan. He said his name, and explained that he came to challenge the shihan of the dojo to a Pokémon battle. Shiro, as explained by an angered Chigusa, is a Pokémon Trainer which fighting dojos call a "Dojo Destroyer".
