Inner Focus (Japanese: せいしんりょく Force of Will) is an ability introduced in Generation III. Fourteen Pokémon have this ability.

Effect
In battle
Inner Focus prevents flinching. However, it doesn't prevent flinching when the user is attacked whilst using Focus Punch.
Outside of battle
Inner Focus has no effect outside of battle.
