Dizzy Punch (Japanese: ピヨピヨパンチ Chirp Chirp Punch) is a damage-dealing Normal-type move introduced in Generation I. Its Japanese name refers to the tweeting of birds associated with "cartoon" dizzyness.

Pokémon
Kangaskhan. Kangaskhan holds its arms out in a 'T' formation, spins around, and hits the opponent.
- Used by a wild Kangaskhan in The Kangaskhan Kid. Debut.
Buneary. The fur on Buneary's ears glow and then they are used to hit the foe.
- Used by Dawn's Buneary from Setting the World on its Buneary to present.

Trivia
- The ability Iron Fist powers up this move, however, the only Pokémon which can legally have it, Hitmonchan, has not been able to have Dizzy Punch legitimately since Generation II. However, Hitmonchan can use the move legitimately if it is called by Metronome, which Hitmonchan can learn by move tutor in Pokémon FireRed, LeafGreen, and Emerald.
