Colosseum Master Joe (Japanese: コロシアムマスター ジョー Colosseum Master Joe) is a character in Pokémon Battle Revolution. He is the leader of Gateway Colosseum. He has white skin, blue hair and turquoise eyes. He wears a black suit with a bowtie. He uses Normal-types most frequently. His theme music is an upbeat Jazz tune.

Joe does not dress up as a Pokémon and, as a result, when the game is played on "All Level 50," the player receives nothing. He is the Leader of the first set of Master Battles at the Stargazer Colosseum Master Set. He uses Infernape, Empoleon, Torterra, Aipom, Pikachu, and Staraptor. He is also shown to be extremely fond of the move Protect.
