Yūji Ueda (Japanese: うえだゆうじ, born June 15, 1967) is a voice actor who provides the voices of many characters in the Japanese version of the Pokémon anime. His most famous role in the series is that of Takeshi.
Yūji Ueda was born on June 15, 1967, in Fukuoka, Japan. He is married to fellow voice actor 南央美 Omi Minami.
His former stage name was the same as his real name, except in kanji: 上田祐司.
