Trivia

  • The Kimono Sisters are characters in Ecruteak City in Pokémon Gold and Silver. However, the dub keeps their Japanese names rather than using the names in the English games.
  • Three of Kimono Sisters use special apricorn Poké Balls. Sumomo's Vaporeon comes out of a Lure Ball, Satsuki's Jolteon comes out of a Moon Ball, and Tamao's Umbreon comes out of a Fast Ball.

Errors

  • In the Latin American dub and the Latin American Cartoon Network site, Sakura's name was pronounced and spelled as Sakoura.
  • Jolteon should not have been able to be affected by Pikachu's thunderbolt due to its abilty.
  • When Brock puts his hands over his heart, his hands are on the wrong side of his body.
