Effect

Storm Throw inflicts damage and will always result in a critical hit unless the target has Battle Armor, Shell Armor, or is under the effects of Lucky Chant.
Generation VI to VIII
Storm Throw's power changed from 40 to 60, coinciding with critical hits now dealing 1.5× damage instead of 2× damage.
