(Japanese: ナエトル、ハヤシガメ…そしてドダイトス! Naetle, Hayashigame...and Dodaitose!) is the 100th episode of the Diamond & Pearl series, and the 566th episode of the Pokémon anime. It first aired in Japan on October 30, 2008.
Continuing on the road to Hearthome City, the gang run into Paul. Eager to finally defeat him, Ash challenges Paul to a battle, during which Ash's Turtwig evolves into Grotle. However, its larger form dramatically reduces its speed, and Grotle soon loses its confidence. Will an unexpected source help deal with the problem?
