Aurora Beam (Japanese: オーロラビーム Aurora Beam) is an Ice-type move introduced in Generation I that deals a small amount of damage.
Effect
Generation I
Aurora Beam does damage and has a 9.8% chance of lowering the opponent's attack by 1 level.
Aurora Beam will not be able to lower the opponent's attack if it has reached a level of -6 or a value of 1, or if the opponent has a substitute.
