Walkthrough:Pokémon Ranger/Part 3
Now that the way back to Ringtown is blocked, looks like we're stopping in Fall City for a while. The leader of the Ranger Base, Joel gives us the mission to patrol the city and help out where needed.

To start with, a woman can't get into her apartment because a crate
is blocking the doorway. You will need a Pokémon with
Tackle to push the block away. A nearby Makuhita is perfect for this.
And when she gets into her apartment, there is a Venonat for you to deal with.

After you capture it, head out and a woman named Teresa wants you to get her five Skitty back.
You can find the first on the roof of the apartment you were just in. Head up and capture it.

A Skitty is in a house at the north-west of Fall City, disguised as a plush doll. Investigate the dolls to see which is real.

The last Skitty is hidden in a trash can
in the northwest of the market street in the south of Fall City. You need a Pokémon with
Tackle to reveal the Skitty.

Return to Teresa to give her Skitty back, they can be handed back at anytime, so you don't need to hand back all five at once.
Next you will meet Prof. Hastings' assistant who needs her research lab basement lit up. Time to find a Pokémon who can use
Flash. Head south to the harbor, the Snorlax from before has moved, allowing you to go down the ladder that was underneath it. Climb down to find two Staryu in the lighthouse basement, capture one and use its Field Move in the research lab basement to light it up.

Head out of the research lab to hear a commotion coming from the north end of the city. Head towards it and you will find out a Machoke is wrecking the Clock Tower. Capture it and calm it down.

With the Machoke captured, things are now quiet in Fall City. Time to report back to Joel at the Ranger Base. But who is this mysterious man watching from the shadows?
Mission Clear
After completing this mission, Joel raises you to Ranger Rank 3. This allows you to use Psychic and Poison Poké Assists as well as raising your partner gauge to two bars.
