Missing sprites

Why are some sprites missing yet their description page still exists?—★Pika3323 11:51, 2 February 2011 (UTC)

We're busy in a mass move of all the back sprites these days, so there might be some server syncing problems for few days. We are doing our best to wrap it up as soon as possible. ♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 15:30, 2 February 2011 (UTC)
Just thought I'd let you know of this database error, A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the software. The last attempted database query was:

(SQL query hidden) from within function "Article::updateCategoryCounts". Database returned error "1213: Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction (".—★Pika3323 22:23, 2 February 2011 (UTC)

If you don't believe the information I post on discussion pages, that's fine. That doesn't give you a reason to erase what I posted. Once the information has been confirmed to your standards, you can actually use the information I put there. I plan on posting a lot of the English names. They're not widely advertised on the official site, so you don't have to move any pages, but leave my two cents on the name origins there, please. I'm saving people some work by trying to decipher some of these myself, and I'd appreciate if you left it there for other people to see. If any different name is confirmed (though I doubt this will happen), you can erase everything I wrote about the name. Thanks! --Kianglo 01:17, 3 February 2011 (UTC)

Can you hold off posting those until we actually get confirmation though, because as of right now you're posting origins for something that hasn't even been confirmed yet. Save it somewhere (perhaps in your userspace?) until the right time comes, please. Jellotalk 01:19, 3 February 2011 (UTC)
Couldn't I just post it with a note that it's not quite 100%? In case it's revealed and I'm not there to put it in the discussion page or anything. The lists that have been going around have been accurate thus far with the "officially" revealed names like Klink and Pansage, and I think it's better if other people can read it. If you have a serious problem with this let me know. --Kianglo 01:23, 3 February 2011 (UTC)
Still I would prefer you hold off on posting these for now. It does not matter if everything has been right so far, the fact is they have not officially been confirmed, and we cannot add those names until they are. Jellotalk 01:26, 3 February 2011 (UTC)
I didn't say you had to add them. But whatever. I don't see your point, but I'll just keep everything to myself. But if no one does the name origins when the pages are eventually moved to the English names, I will. --Kianglo 01:29, 3 February 2011 (UTC)

encounter rates

How do you get the Pokémon encounter rates? Pokabu82 01:58, 3 February 2011 (UTC)

Sorry, I'm not quite sure how it's done either. Jellotalk 17:03, 3 February 2011 (UTC)
Look at this page, from the formula if you want to work out a Pokémon's encounter rate, you would walk around until you've walked 150 steps, recording the number of each species you encounter, 1 would be very rare, 3 would be rare, 5 would be semi-rare, 7 would be common, and and 8 would be very common. If you want to get an accurate result you would have to do this more than once though. Pikiwyn talk 17:50, 3 February 2011 (UTC)

Bots? How!?

How have all the bots that have been getting blocked get through the captcha when being created? --Landfish7 21:35, 3 February 2011 (UTC)

I do not know the specifics, but whoever is controlling those bots seems to have broken through the captcha system. I don't know how either, but we can't really do anything about it right now except get rid of them as they come. Jellotalk 23:57, 3 February 2011 (UTC)
Are the bots coming from 1 specific IP, or does it change every time? Gliscorguy54 21:59, 8 February 2011 (UTC)
If it wasn't coming from one IP they wouldn't keep signing up now, would they? The only way I can figure it out is to do an email check, that usually gives it away. Jellotalk 22:07, 8 February 2011 (UTC)

Do we start on Generation V? I've seen Adyniz already starting the mass move. Masatoshitalk 16:21, 4 February 2011 (UTC)

Jel, Psy or Ht, all of'em are not online at the moment so I think I'm gonna take this. I checked and there's nothing left from previous generations. So, we should really start moving Generation V stuff, btw I'm only free for today; have been a lot busy in uni stuff these days so I might not have much time to do it regularly. So, I'm trying to wrap it up as soon as possible :) ♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 17:09, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
I asked Psy and he said we can start working on GV sprites from now. So, time to move some more stuff. Thank you ♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 17:23, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
Alright, lemme help you out, then. /stops stalking Jello's user page Masatoshitalk 17:27, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
Here's some confirmation me as well. Feel free to start Gen V. I'll come help you guys out later, right now I'm in class. Jellotalk 17:48, 4 February 2011 (UTC)

Back sprite animation... again.

A while ago you told me that back sprites shouldn't be animated. Has that changed? I just found an animated backsprite.—★Pika3323 20:10, 4 February 2011 (UTC)

At the moment, they don't need to be animated. If it's animated though, I don't see any harm in letting it stay like that. Jellotalk 20:11, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
What's the idea behind shiny current game sprites? They don't appear anywhere in main space area!—★Pika3323 21:09, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
Consistency with the regular sprites :P You never know when they might come in handy. Jellotalk 21:15, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
The forums won't let send you a reply!—★Pika3323 21:20, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
Ah, I didn't think about that. Hold on a minute, you'll be hooked up on the Archives. Jellotalk 21:23, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
Do I start uploading crystal back sprites. The ones which are missing (like metapod)?—★Pika3323 14:09, 5 February 2011 (UTC)
For platinum and HGSS back sprites, if they're identical do you add the platinum tagging too?—★Pika3323 21:30, 5 February 2011 (UTC)
Yeah if they're exactly the same, then you can put multiple taggings on the first game the sprite appears in. Jellotalk 21:33, 5 February 2011 (UTC)
So platinum/HGSS sprites should be named what 4p or 4h?—★Pika3323 21:52, 5 February 2011 (UTC)
If the HGSS sprite is the same as Platinum, then it should be named 4p, the 4h would then get redirected to the 4p sprite. Jellotalk 21:57, 5 February 2011 (UTC)
The archives are really running glitchy right now.—★Pika3323 22:26, 5 February 2011 (UTC)
Therefore a diamond and pearl sprite identical to a platinum or HGSS sprite would also recieve the other tagging?—★Pika3323 22:29, 6 February 2011 (UTC)
Yeah. Jellotalk 22:45, 6 February 2011 (UTC)
I'm here now on 2 things, mostly different then the other questions, Why don't you add Uploading Crystal, FR LG, Platinum, and HGSS back sprites to the archives to-do list? Is this archives duplicate file checker thing still working? According to my superhuman powers (Crossing eys to match 2 sprites) some sprites are identical but the archives don't pick it up.—★Pika3323 20:39, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
Ah, sorry I've been a bit busy lately so I haven't had time to do that just yet. Jellotalk 22:26, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
Just pointing out, with the identical sprites, it'll only work if the two files are exactly identical. If one is a slightly different size, or the sprite is in a slightly different position in the frame (even one pixel out) then it'll see them as different. Werdnae (talk) 03:30, 9 February 2011 (UTC)
Jello, how do I create a page for a redirect for something like File:Spr_b_4h_003.png to File:Spr_b_4p_003.png (Like actually creating the page, I know how to redirect.) Or is that for admins.—★Pika3323 21:13, 9 February 2011 (UTC)

Since Your On...

Can you please read my post here so we can start redirecting even more stuff :) --HoennMaster 06:39, 7 February 2011 (UTC)

Can you provide a link to where the ad leads to or whatever ad/video has those names? I haven't seen anything yet on GameFAQs. Jellotalk 06:52, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
I know, not I can't find in anywhere. They all just lead back to Poké --HoennMaster 06:53, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
It's okay, got a screenshot from someone. It looks legit to me, so we're probably going to be moving it. Jellotalk 07:00, 7 February 2011 (UTC)

Sounds like a bunch of spectulation

How is the most populous cities a bunch of spectulation, you cannot make accusations in which you do not consider, as a real example both Nambasa and Castelia City from the Unova region share the largest city space, as a point of view you believe Nambasa as it's population of 150 (249 if considering battle arena) toppling Castelia City's population of 130 BUT what about it's regeneration of unlimited? Exactly, consider that other people many not share your point of view instead respect, please use better language rather that just SOUNDS, why not read ? --Italay90 23:42, 9 February 2011 (UTC)

Don't accuse me of not reading something before I delete it. For your information, I did read it and I did not see any point in having an article that pretty much comes from the demographic section of each city/town. If you wanted, you could have expanded those sections instead of creating a short article that really serves no purpose that the demographic section could not cover. If you are not content with my decision you can approach another administrator about it if you wish, perhaps they'll have a different point of view. Jellotalk 23:50, 9 February 2011 (UTC)

That sounds fair, although don't mislead people... Thanks

Yes, I did. I've told you, it might have been a joke, but some people did find it offensive. I'd be careful with choosing your words next time. Jellotalk 01:53, 12 February 2011 (UTC)

Just so you know

I found Category:Enbuoh (TCG) which is for Enboar's japanese name that hadn't been dealt with yet which I already marked for delete which I should let you know about. -Tyler53841 05:20, 12 February 2011 (UTC)

Just to know

Hi Jello. On previous accounts that I created. I have created them without remember their password thinking you were going to block them. Sorry about that. Now, could I have please your permission to keep this account forever? If this is not the case. Thank you for letting me know. Kaznea 12:58, 12 February 2011 (UTC)

Hi Jello. I see that you do not want to answer me. But anyway, I decided to stop creating accounts and leave for good. I am aware of that and I think I have enough offensed to your rules. I assure you that henceforth it will not happen again (I just asked to Dennou Zenshi to correct some mistakes in passing). Sorry for everything and goodbye. Focaus 18:06, 14 February 2011 (UTC)

Nice work on deleting that talk page for that Spambot user, but did you know there was another one. -Tyler53841 21:07, 12 February 2011 (UTC)

Hi Jello! I still have yet to figure out who is in charge of Bulbanews as I needed to get a few answers to questions that I have. Thanks! ^^ —MasterKenobi 03:18, 13 February 2011 (UTC)

RexRacer is the EiC of Bulbanews, if you can't get a hold of him then try the dark lord trombonator. Jellotalk 03:31, 13 February 2011 (UTC)
Rex sort of scares me, but I will definitely try him first. Thanks! —MasterKenobi 03:35, 13 February 2011 (UTC)

Archives deal again

So, I finished uploading the first 151 sprites on FRLG, and when I wanted to start on the Johto Pokémon, I noticed that FRLG didn't have them, do I just redirect every Johto Pokémon to their RSE sprites? Masatoshitalk 08:14, 14 February 2011 (UTC)

Bold Name

Hi Jello! Happy Valentine's Day/Single Awareness Day! xD So, why is it that we are omitting the Japanese names now? We've always had it since the release. I know it's not the English name, but at least there's a name there. And I know that the Japanese city names are in between the parentheses. But, it looks awkward. Like... "(In Japanese, Souryuu City) is a city." That makes no sense, you get what I'm saying? --Han Ji-Wan 22:31, 14 February 2011 (UTC)

Yeah, same too you! I'm not sure who came up with the bright idea that it was okay to bold the transliteration but that's just not how it works here. Unless the localization never comes out, we don't bold the name until it does. Little awkward yes, but no point being redundant, plus it's easier to spot when we do get a sea of information. Jellotalk 22:35, 14 February 2011 (UTC)
Okay, thank you for clearing that up for me. --Han Ji-Wan 22:39, 14 February 2011 (UTC)

Link to disambiguation

I've realised this forever now but on the page Factory Head I linked battle factories to a disambiguation page. is that alright? (nobody's ever been to that page to edit, or click the link so they probably didn't notice)—★Pika3323 00:44, 15 February 2011 (UTC)

Yeah, that's fine. As for the second one, I dunno lol. We're all just lazy I guess. Jellotalk 01:43, 15 February 2011 (UTC)
Hey you wouldn't mind adding "Re-upload certain diamond pearl sprites" to the to-do list would you? They seem to be mal-converted form gif or something so... yeah!—★Pika3323 20:25, 17 February 2011 (UTC)

Wouldn't blocking Falk's IP address prevent him from making more accounts? Pikiwyn talk 19:16, 16 February 2011 (UTC)

You think we haven't tried that? It doesn't work. Jellotalk 19:26, 16 February 2011 (UTC)

Hey Jello, do you have a minute?

I was just wondering if Rokuto was an avatar of Falk? He emailed me, asking if I could edit some mistakes he found in different articles because he couldn't edit here, which made me think so. Thanks --ジェダイの騎士デジタルテレビ 03:31, 1 March 2011 (UTC)

Sawk BlackDex Entry

I noticed that one of your past edits (edit 1378491 to be exact) caused an unfinished sentence. It was fixed, but I liked the old revision better. Should I revert? - unsigned comment from Nathan2055 (talkcontribs)

Oh my bad. Someone fixed it though. What do you mean you liked the old revision better? This is the official English dex entry from the game, the previous was just a translation. Jellotalk 22:01, 1 March 2011 (UTC)
Do you mean this is actually from an English copy of Black? --Nathan2055talk 22:08, 1 March 2011 (UTC)

Not that I dispute moving Kokoromori to Swoobat but that picture has its name in caps. Are you sure it's legit?

P.S. The picture with Hilda's name also gave the name Krookodile and I changed Waruvial's page a while ago. Could you possibly either move it or undo the revision if it's not good enough evidence?

How come you keep deleting my pages

EarthBound, Pokemon, Soda, and Food. 01:42, 3 March 2011 (UTC)

Because they are not notable and unnecessary. If your page gets deleted, don't recreate it. Also, please change your signature so it reflects your username. Jellotalk 01:44, 3 March 2011 (UTC)

The archives, to be locked for how much longer?

Hi Jello! How much longer are the archives to be locked???? I want to get back to the endless task of uploading HGSS sprites. But if it' not in the near future then I guess I could wait for Immewnity to answer my questions about the new HQ sugimori art he sent me.—★Pika3323 21:46, 3 March 2011 (UTC)

They're going to be be locked until...we get everything moved. It also depends on how the servers deal with the traffic once BW hits stores. If it gets sluggish then it might stay locked longer. If you want to help out, I can power you up again if you'd like. Jellotalk 23:52, 3 March 2011 (UTC)
Yes anything to do while immewnity writes me and S2daam (I think?) an e mail about sources. But I might not do anything today. Internet problems, not connecting properly, not server issues though, all sites are doing it to me!—★Pika3323 00:23, 4 March 2011 (UTC)

User Creation Log

I've been looking through the User Creation Log and I came across this - "14:28, 6 March 2011 Piplup09 created new account User:Bagon20". Any idea what this means, as this isn't the first time I have come across it... Thanks. —MasterKenobi 00:30, 12 March 2011 (UTC)

It means they created another account when they shouldn't have. I think Werdnae already blocked one of the accounts. Jellotalk 00:33, 12 March 2011 (UTC)
I really should keep an eye out then as that's probably the fourth or fifth I've seen. Thanks.—MasterKenobi 00:34, 12 March 2011 (UTC)

It's only blocked for new users, are you not able to edit the page? Jellotalk 17:21, 12 March 2011 (UTC)

*Ahem* It did not air.

M13 DID NOT air on YTV in Eastern Canada or Western Canada. I checked. Instead at 3:00 4+ Episodes of pokemon aired on YTV-W (Western Canada edition, everything is the same just 3Hours behind.)—★Pika3323 22:06, 12 March 2011 (UTC)

Yes, it did (and still is, if you're in the west). I have both YTV east and YTV west, they both showed the movies. It's just not listed on the TV listings for some reason. Jellotalk 22:16, 12 March 2011 (UTC)
That would mean 3 episodes of pokemon after the one I saw is actually the movie. Maybe some sneaky guy at YTV gave us the treat of a movie. Besides, movies normally air on Sudays.—★Pika3323 22:20, 12 March 2011 (UTC)
Your TV guide is lying to you, (as did mine). I didn't actually believe it until, you know, it was in my face. It's funny, because it was so out of the blue and random...hence why the TV guide wasn't up to date. It even says on the YTV website that it aired at 2:00pm (est) Jellotalk 22:25, 12 March 2011 (UTC)
It's labled as fanboy and chumchum, weird.—★Pika3323 22:38, 12 March 2011 (UTC)

Deleted article - Pokemon Database

Hi there, it seems the article on the Pokémon Database was deleted by you. Sorry if it sounded a little biased - I am the site owner but I tried to write it from a neutral perspective. The site is definitely notable - it's currently the 3rd or 4th most popular fansite online since Black & White came out and has a large community. If you're able to restore the page that would be great, otherwise I can write it again - I'll make sure to keep it as neutral as possible! Thanks in advance. DisgruntledGoat 17:18, 12 April 2011 (UTC)

Hi there, we don't allow articles to be written about fansites by anyone affiliated with them, and considering you're the site owner, it's in a conflict of interest. Someone not affiliated with you guys has to write the article, and even then it has to meet notability requirements which are not determined by me, nor you, but by the fandom itself. You can certainly discuss if the article is notable enough for it's own article, but please refrain from creating it yourself. $aturn¥oshi is the leader of Project Fandom, which all fansites fall under, so it would be best to discuss that with him. Thanks. Jellotalk 20:47, 12 April 2011 (UTC)

Small issue

Hi Jello. I have a slight issue regarding the number of episodes since James has had a pokemon last. It is 214 and I checked that and double checked it. He keeps changing it to 216 episodes I presume he was counting the two specials. I am getting a little fed up with reverting them and I don't want to start an edit war. I was about to just mark it for protection so one wouldn't start but I came to you first. Can you come help? It's on the James's Yamask Page and talk page. --Pokemaster97 21:50, 12 April 2011 (UTC)

I've changed it to 214, based on the fact that James doesn't appear in these "episodes" though my word isn't final, it's up to debate really. Also, the top notice already warns against adding trivia right now, so it would be a shame for people to edit war over such a minuscule piece of information. Jellotalk 22:18, 12 April 2011 (UTC)
Yeah I saw but I really can't help myself when I find a peice of misinformation. Even that little. Thanks for the help though. --Pokemaster97 22:21, 12 April 2011 (UTC)

Redirects for sprites

Aren't they supposed to be in the File: namespace? I mean, I'm guessing that because of the "real" files.—★Pika3323 23:34, 12 April 2011 (UTC)

Yes, they should be. The Bulbapedia side automatically redirects it when the same happens on the Archives. Is there an issue? Jellotalk 23:39, 12 April 2011 (UTC)
Yes, I accidentely created them outside of the File: namespace.—★Pika3323 00:16, 13 April 2011 (UTC)

It says I made the edit at 00:33, but ok, why is the sever time an hour behind though? By the way, you only blocked my userpage, but I have other subpages that you may want to delete if you insist on having me endure the punishment Diamond Lanturn CodeName: 05308 00:41, 13 April 2011 (UTC)
The times in the history are local times. Werdnae (talk) 00:52, 13 April 2011 (UTC)
The point is, regardless of whether your subpages are protected or not, they should only be touched once per day. If you do edit those subpages more than once per day, then your privileges will be provoked revoked instead (abuse). That choice is up to you. To elaborate on what Werdnae is saying, check the history on the top of your userpage: it will say the time and date of the server the edit is made. For UTC server time, check the top right corner at the top of the page: it says the time. And regarding what I was saying earlier about history, that can be also viewed in UTC, but when you log out. Not logging in means server time. ht14 01:01, 13 April 2011 (UTC)
Yes, I understand I will go by server time from now on Diamond Lanturn CodeName: 05308 01:03, 13 April 2011 (UTC)

I thought I might aware you that my brother created an account last year and then never went on the site again. I thought this may be useful so you don't think I am sockpuppeting. I'm not sure who to bring this up with but you looked pretty senior and could maybe pass it on to someone who needs to know. Thank you :) Matthewtelee 08:30, 16 April 2011 (UTC)

Thank you for letting us know, it's appreciated. :) Jellotalk 18:27, 16 April 2011 (UTC)

Dream world artwork

Is missing for Zen Mode Darmanitan! Is there artwork for Zen Mode Darmanitan? Can someone upload it? Also, there is an error for vanillite. Sorry, I love Zen Mode Darmanitan. *Runs off raving about the sheer craziness of the extreme lack of Zen Mode Darmanitan* Focus58 12:54, 18 April 2011 (UTC)

There is no artwork for Zen Mode Darmanitan. I assume it is because it is a HP-specific form and 'HP' does not exist in the Dream World, but can't say for sure. Bluesun 13:04, 18 April 2011 (UTC)
No art for Zen mode at all, I'm sorry, there should be but there is not :( Diamond Lanturn CodeName: 05308 16:32, 18 April 2011 (UTC)

Hi Jello, I wanted to contact you through here but the edit lockdown on this wiki prevented me from doing that action. I would like to inform you that I sent a PM to your account over the NIWA forums; you know, the one that you volunteered to do this task to help Bulbapedia. Please respond back via PM when you got the stuff. --RAP 02:11, 19 April 2011 (UTC)

Sorry about that. I sent you a PM back but just in case, I apologize for the late reply. I'm currently in the middle of exams, and I should be free by next week or so. Jellotalk 02:53, 19 April 2011 (UTC)

Why do people keep undoing my edits!? All I have ever done is add small details after having confirmed them as irrefutable facts and fix grammar errors and yet someone always has to undo them even if my edit is simply capitalizing a name or something! I am getting increasingly upset about this. Why am I the one getting in trouble when other people edit my submissions which are facts? ~Nokota

Such is the nature of a wiki. Every time you edit a page there is a friendly reminder: "Please note that all contributions to Bulbapedia may be edited, altered, or removed by other contributors. Please only submit information you know to be accurate, and adhere to a neutral point of view. Do not misrepresent rumors, misconceptions or opinions as fact." What you added was reverted by Werdnae and he offered more than one reason as to why it was reverted. Please don't get offended if something of yours gets removed. Jellotalk 01:55, 20 April 2011 (UTC)

I accidentaly welcomed an new user on his mainpage and not his talk page, User:Super Lilat, is there anything that should be done ? Diamond Lanturn CodeName: 05308 20:38, 20 April 2011 (UTC)

Next time, just put a {{delete}} tag on it. Jellotalk 21:06, 20 April 2011 (UTC)

A question...

Are you Jellochuu, the creator of Pokemon Wikia? Slipknot Darkrai 21:20, 20 April 2011 (UTC)
No, I am not. I have no relation to that user whatsoever. I signed up for Bulbapedia only in January of last year. Jellotalk 21:23, 20 April 2011 (UTC)
Oh um... ok. Anyways... what is a Junior Administrator? Slipknot Darkrai 21:29, 20 April 2011 (UTC)
These are Junior Administrators. They are the lowest level of staff on Bulbapedia. Jellotalk 21:48, 20 April 2011 (UTC)

Re: Look

Changing a format is perfectly fine, just as long as you change the format of every character, so go on then. felinoel 07:07, 21 April 2011 (UTC)

Please stop accusing me of something when I had fixed my mistake the first time you reverted me. I'm only doing it for articles that say "So far she can be faced in one of the four leagues, for a total of one time." I removed the "total of one time" because otherwise, it would be redundant. Now, if she was faced twice but only appearing in one league, I would have left the total in. You're not the only one doing hard work on this site. Bringing in your whole "speculation" argument again? What does that even have to do with anything? Nate protected the page, because clearly it would have turned into an edit war if you had reverted that edit again without actually checking to see what I changed. Real mature of you. I understand I'm not perfect and I make lots of mistakes but I am willing to fix them, because guess what? I'm human too. Jellotalk 07:27, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
You are only doing it now, but that is not my only problem with your edits, you use wrong information? felinoel 07:40, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
You could have mentioned that before, instead of reverting an entire edit. Jellotalk 07:44, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
I did, in the editor's summary, and besides I didn't revert the entire thing? I kept the addition of the Project TCG thing? It has been brought to my attention that there were spelling mistakes... which is odd since I use Firefox and it automatically shows what is misspelled... I did not see your corrections in the edits, it may have been a small correction, those are always hard to spot when you don't know to look for it. felinoel 07:52, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
Speculation argument? No no I said, "Is wrong information protected as well as speculation." Not saying that this was speculation, only that it was incorrect. Anyways as for what speculation means it is where information is posted based on what someone assumes to be fact instead of what has been proven to be fact. Most Wikipedia sites are against speculation and yes I know, I was told that this site is not one of them so no need to repeat that. felinoel 07:59, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
Right here. The only thing you mentioned in the edit summary was the totals I was removing. You didn't mention anything about the playoffs which I just read on the talk page to realized what you were talking about. I apologize if I offended you, it's 4 AM here and I am bound to make more mistakes than usual. Jellotalk 08:05, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
Oh yea sorry I meant to put that but ran out of room, I always hate how there is such limited space to put in those summaries. Also, that wasn't the only summary I put. felinoel 08:10, 21 April 2011 (UTC)

Oh, okay I get it now...

But that might be something that would be worth clarifying (that it is okay to remove trivia). The way that I took the warning at the top of every page is: don't mess with trivia at all, leave it alone. I think that this is something that others might think as well. What do you think? --ジェダイの騎士デジタルテレビ 23:57, 21 April 2011 (UTC)

My page was deleted. I added on the page the information for each month, unlike the other page, and you removed it! Ssjan 22:41, 22 April 2011 (UTC)

I didn't delete it, I redirected it. It's not my fault if you can't search for pages that already exist here. The quality of your pages isn't great either. I suggest you read the Manual of Style and use the preview button to get the edit right the first time. Jellotalk 22:43, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
Then will you please give me the information that was on my pages? Ssjan 22:45, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
It's in the history of the articles. Jellotalk 22:47, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
And on the information for the horoscopes, I actually added what the people say on the television, while the other only stated the item, Pokémon and corresponding thing, along with the month. Also, where's the content from my Astropoff page? Ssjan 23:06, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
It's in the history. Astropoff: "Astropoff is one of the hosts of the Personality Assessment and Horoscope TV show from the Unova Region." Jellotalk 23:11, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
I got my Astropoff page, but you don't understand. My page had the info, while the other didn't. Suddenly, it changes to a redirect. I just joined, for God's sake! - unsigned comment from Ssjan (talkcontribs)

Sprites, again again.

This one's a hard one, so, if castform's winter form's shiny sprite is the same as its normal one, would it be a new file for the shiny, or just a redirect to the normal one?—★Pika3323 00:09, 27 April 2011 (UTC)

Redirect. Jellotalk 00:41, 27 April 2011 (UTC)
They all already do, actually.--MisterE13 00:42, 27 April 2011 (UTC)
So this is correct and this isn't?—★Pika3323 11:02, 27 April 2011 (UTC)

Cable Club black out glitch

Well today i took long time and wrote a page about the Generation 1 glitch called the Cable Club black out glitch, and you deleted it. Could you tell me what i did wrong? im sorta new around here. --Rsrdaman 01:46, 27 April 2011 (UTC)

Hi, there are couple of things that need to be addressed about your edits. First of all, that article was very badly written, it had tons of grammar and spelling mistakes, that you should have proof read beforehand. Secondly, there's a welcome template on your talk page giving out useful tips and information about how to edit properly here, and most importantly, the Manual of Style. You were also using "you" to address the reader, which we don't do here as it is not encyclopedic. Finally, I believe your topic is of questionable notability, I think by now we have covered all the notable glitches from RB generation, so there was no need for that article at all. I will bring up the topic of this glitch with SnorlaxMonster, since he's more knowledgeable about glitches, and discuss it with him, however. All in all, please take some time to get used to the style of editing here before going out and creating articles which may get deleted if they are not done properly. Jellotalk 02:01, 27 April 2011 (UTC)
Thanks for telling me all that! I will make sure to revise the whole thing according to what you said. And if it does get approved by SnorlaxMonster I would glady re write it. And if you want to see the glitch in action goto Cable Club black out glitch. Thanks again! And sorry for my mistakes! --Rsrdaman 02:47, 27 April 2011 (UTC)
I noticed the deletion of this article and meant to get around to mentioning it, but I think it is notable. The is some more detailed information on it here and here. It seems that you can even combine it with the Johto guard glitch, which is already a huge combination of glitches in the first place, to obtain glitch items. --SnorlaxMonster 17:42, 1 May 2011 (UTC)

Category:User ar-N

Why did you delete it and re-created it? thanx --- Conanshinichi, A Detective Conan fan 10:05, 1 May 2011 (UTC)

You created it as ar-A which makes no sense. Jellotalk 20:55, 1 May 2011 (UTC)

Those powers

I don't think I need them anymore, I'll get back to the job today, as well.—★Pika3323 21:38, 1 May 2011 (UTC)

Alright. If you need them again, let me know. Jellotalk 21:49, 1 May 2011 (UTC)
Your welcome.—★Pika3323 21:51, 1 May 2011 (UTC)

Re: don't intentionally go looking for these

Wait... why not? They are apparently important to be deleted? Why can't I try to help out by finding them? I am only trying to help? felinoel 05:06, 2 May 2011 (UTC)

Because our main concern is editing Bulbapedia articles. You're bringing up talk pages that had these comments from years ago and some comments actually do have something to do with the article. I appreciate you trying to help, but it's just not that big of a concern and we can handle it. Thanks. Jellotalk 05:14, 2 May 2011 (UTC)
I only brought up two, one was from four years ago and the other was a hypothetical question that would not improve the article from less than two months ago? felinoel 05:21, 2 May 2011 (UTC)
You stated on Adyniz's talk page that you were clicking random links to find such things, so clearly you would have continued to do this if I hadn't requested you to stop. Jellotalk 05:33, 2 May 2011 (UTC)
No? I said the Random Page link? You know the one that is this?
Who said I was going to stop, of course I was going to continue? Discussions that don't pertain to the article apparently need to be deleted? I still am wondering why you asked me to stop? felinoel 05:41, 2 May 2011 (UTC)
Requests and demands are two different things, and as I said before, we can handle it when needed. So it isn't any of your concern and your efforts would be appreciated elsewhere. This is a wiki and we as a whole should be be focusing on completing our articles not worrying about some petty comments on talk pages that should or should not be removed. And please don't patronize me, I do know what the random page link does. I'll be ending this discussion here now. Jellotalk 06:14, 2 May 2011 (UTC)
Key word in my last statement is "was" so please note its usage. My only confusion in this whole matter is that why my post out of so many others gets deleted and then I even get insulted for it? It is not my fault? I see constant posts in the talk page that don't completely and entirely have to do with the article? How am I supposed to know not to do it when there are so many others? Then when I try to prevent other people from making the same mistake I made by going to find all discussion that apparently are required to be removed from existence I get yelled at. Then when I stop doing it I get yelled at some more? Also for the record I was not patronizing you, it is very simple to misread something, I just assumed you misread my post and did not recognize what I meant so I linked you to it to prevent further misunderstanding, I link a lot, when you link people can understand much easier what I am talking about? felinoel 07:43, 2 May 2011 (UTC)
