An unnamed island in the Orange Islands appears in The Stun Spore Detour. It is presumably the deserted island located between Rind Island and Pummelo Island shown on the map in Extreme Pokémon: The Guide for the Ultimate Fan, as it has a picture of a Poliwag next to it.

It is the place where Misty caught her Poliwag.

While the island is not home to any humans, there are cabins located on the island for Trainers to camp in. Most of the island is forest. There is a lake which is home to the Poliwag where Salveyo weed grows. There is also a field of flowers located on this island where Vileplume can be seen.
