Toughen Up (Japanese: 被攻撃時防御アップDefense Boost When Attacked) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon is attacked by an opponent, there is a chance that the user's Defense will be raised by one stat rank. The skill can range from Toughen Up 1 to Toughen Up 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Toughen Up 9 will always raise the user's Defense.
