I was tinkering with ways to better list Raid Bosses so that the list is easier on the eyes and much easier to maintain and update- and make the page more on par with other Raid guides with minimal work. Here's the link to the template I made. Still a work-in-progress.
Difficulty is approximated based on # of players, Raid boss HP, Raid boss defense, and Raid timer. Difficulty score not take into account possible double-weaknesses, so a Pokemon like Tyranitar's score appears just slightly higher than it really is. It uses the same color scale as other guides. I got the colors calculated to be very close to the ones to the ones from TheSilphRoad.
Gray - theoretically impossible
Red - theoretically possible but very challenging (requires optimal counters, luck, and/or double weaknesses on raid boss)
Orange - challenging (requires very strong counters)
Yellow - Medium (requires strong counters)
Yellow-Green - Easy (requires a mix of counters)
Green - Very Easy (requires very few counters)
Blue - Split (no reason to have a raid group this big)

Updating the list of Raid Bosses every time they rotate is a real pain in the neck. I created some templates that I believe would aesthetically look better on the page, and be much easier to update and maintain.

To make updating the listings much easier, I've included the entire Pokedex-worth of 'lop/raid/GO' template entries to copy-paste into the mainspace. They're listed below this message in between the comment tags; just edit this section and copy the entries of the current Raid Bosses.

removing Current Raid Bosses

Keeping the list of current raid bosses updated seems to be an exercise in futility. The current list has not been updated in almost a year, and the seasonal update list is now four seasons behind. I propose we just remove the list from the page. SlyCooperFan1 (talk) 23:22, 24 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
Have you seen the moves page? There are a lot of articles that need updating, so as a non-staff member, I don't feel that this is enough of a reason. Eragon4 (talk) 23:49, 24 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
I agree with SlyCooperFan1, the Raid Bosses in rotation changes so frequently that it feels like an uphill losing battle. I think we should keep the seasonal update list (which does still need updating...) but think it makes sense to remove it from this page. Kiwietal (talk) 04:14, 25 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
moving "In the anime" section to new page?

The mechanics of the battles in the mentioned episodes resemble GO's Raid Battles specifically, especially with the raid eggs. If it was a multi-person battle against a powerful Dynamax/Gigantamax Pokémon, or against a powerful Terastallized Pokémon, then it would be mentioned at the Max Raid Battle or Tera Raid Battle articles.
