Resistance

"All types that resist the Flying-type are weak to Ground, and vice versa." - but Fire type is weak to ground and neutral to flying. Poison also is weak to Ground and neutral to flying. Numel and Camerupt are Fire/Ground, Nidoqueen and Nidoking are Poison/Ground. All of them are weak only to ground. Marked +-+-+ 17:39, 5 July 2010 (UTC)

I think it means "all types that resist Flying are weak to Ground, and all types that resist Ground are weak to Flying." ~ solaris 17:42, 5 July 2010 (UTC)

Immunities

I could be wrong, but are all Pokemon that are immune to one of their own types part Ground-type? (Gligar, Gliscor, Landlos (immune to Ground attacks), Maggyo (immune to Electric attacks)? XVuvuzela2010X 03:05, 14 December 2010 (UTC)

You're right, but I don't think it's notable enough to be trivia. There are only six possible combinations that do that if abilities are excluded, out of a total of 136. Werdnae (talk) 03:29, 14 December 2010 (UTC)

Norwegian name

Any norwegian peeps here? If so, do you think the Norwegian type name is "jord" (soil) or "bakke" (ground). Some Norwegian booklets state differently, and I don't remember what they called it in the anime, what do you think? U2kheim 00:05, 24 December 2010 (UTC)

Type combinations

Trivia:

• As of Generation V, Ground has been combined with every elemental type except Normal and Fighting. (This is second to Flying and Water, which have been combined with every type except one apiece.)

Missing

No GenVI reveal yet trivia?

There hasn't been any new Ground-Type Pokémon (not counting Mega Evolutions) revealed for X&Y. All other Types had at least one review more than a whole month prior to the game releases, could this be trivia? Nickvang (talk) 14:55, 22 September 2013 (UTC)

Large gap in the page

Any reason why there's just a large, empty space between the infobox and article? I tried looking at the edit page, but the only thing I could think of is that the redirect caused some issues. OmegaSilver (talk) 13:03, 21 September 2021 (UTC)

There isn't a table of contents. It's quite literally a completely blank space. None of the other Type pages have this issue, it's only the Ground type page. I'm on the mobile version of the site if that helps. OmegaSilver (talk) 12:05, 22 September 2021 (UTC)
