Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an opponent that is paralyzed, the user has a chance of gaining the Free Move Next effect. The skill can range from Shocked Hit Freebie 1 to Shocked Hit Freebie 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of applying the Free Move Next effect. Shocked Hit Freebie 9 will always apply the Free Move Next effect. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
