Psychic Freebie (Japanese: ＰＦ時攻撃時次ゲージ消費無No Gauge Consumption Next When Attacking in Psychic Field) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an opponent while the terrain on the field of play is Psychic Terrain, the user has a chance of gaining the Free Move Next effect. The skill can range from Psychic Freebie 1 to Psychic Freebie 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of applying the Free Move Next effect. Psychic Freebie 9 will always apply the Free Move Next effect. Currently, only Psychic Freebie 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
