Release information

This card was released in POP Series 6, originating as one of the Japanese DP-P Promotional cards. In Japan, this card was awarded to those who participated in the preliminary round of the regional Spring 2007 Battle Road tournaments, as well as to those who participated in the Challenge Hiroba tournament in November 2008. A Cosmos Holofoil variant of the English print was one of several cards available in the DP Value Pack 2 released in November 2007, and again as one of two featured cards in the Power Packs released in July 2008. A special variant with a "Pokémon DAY" stamp was given away at Pokémon Day 2008.

The Oran Berry is a held item in the Pokémon games. Spark is a move in the Pokémon games; however, Pikachu could not learn it until Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire in Generation VI.
