Piercing Gaze (Japanese: 必中化 Never Miss) is a skill in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
In most circumstances, the user's moves cannot miss, regardless of the move's accuracy, the user's accuracy, or the opponent's evasiveness. However, the user's moves can still fail if the target is semi-invulnerable due to flying, bouncing, taking on a phantom presence, or taking on a shadow presence.
