Move: Team Phys & Spec Boost ↑1 (Japanese: 技後物理・特殊ブースト１付与Ｇ Group Physical/Special Boost After Move) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the sync pair successfully uses a move, it has a chance of increasing the user and its allies' Physical Moves ↑ Next effect and Special Moves ↑ Next effect by one rank each. The skill can range from Move: Team Phys & Spec Boost ↑1 1 to Move: Team Phys & Spec Boost ↑1 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater chance of activation. Move: Team Phys & Spec Boost ↑1 9 will always raise the user and its allies' Physical Moves ↑ Next effect and Special Moves ↑ Next effect. Currently, only Move: Team Phys & Spec Boost ↑1 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to both the Trainer's and the Pokémon's moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
