This figured is based on the Gyarados from the Unnamed Third Set. Hyper Beam is a move in the Pokémon games that Gyarados can learn. Hydro Vortex and Supersonic Skystrike are Z-Moves in the games that Gyarados can use by equipping Waterium Z and Flyinium Z respectively.
