Ghost Guard (Japanese: ゴーストガード Ghost Guard) is a skill in Pokémon Masters EX.

Effect

Ghost Guard reduces the damage taken from Ghost-type moves, including buddy moves, by 30%. It does not reduce damage from sync moves or max moves.

Most sync pairs that have access to the Ghost Guard skill without the use of Lucky Cookies are formed with Normal-type Pokémon, which gives them a natural immunity to Ghost-type moves in the core series games.
- The only sync pair in this group that is not formed with a Normal-type Pokémon is Arven & Nacli. However, Nacli's Purifying Salt Ability in the core series games reduces the damage it takes from Ghost-type attacks.
