Passive Skill Commanded Freebie 1–8 Has a chance (X%) of applying the Free Move Next effect to the user when its Trainer uses a move. Commanded Freebie 9 Applies the Free Move Next effect to the user when its Trainer uses a move.

Effect

When the sync pair's Trainer uses a move, the user has a chance of gaining the Free Move Next effect. The skill can range from Commanded Freebie 1 to Commanded Freebie 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater chance of activation. Commanded Freebie 9 will always apply the Free Move Next effect. Currently, only Commanded Freebie 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
