Effect

When activated, this skill multiplies the damage of the initial match only.

Other damage multipliers, such as those based on match size, type matchups, or status conditions, are applied as usual. See Pokémon Shuffle → Damage for more details.

Skill level growth

Increasing skill level will increase the damage dealt by the initial match.

Trivia

• Only Ultra Beasts can have this skill. This may be a reference to their exclusive ability in the core series, Beast Boost.
• All of Beast Power's activation rates (17%, 53%, and 73%) are prime numbers. Similarly, the amount of skill points needed to max it (61) is also prime. This follows a pattern on Ultra Beasts in the core series, where their base stats and the levels at which they learn moves are prime numbers.
• Demolish and Beast Power are the only two skills that require a total of 61 skill points to max.
