Angel of the Nurse's Office (Japanese: 医務室の天使降臨！？ Advent of the Angel of the Infirmary!?) was a solo event in Pokémon Masters EX. It was focused on the sync pair Miriam & Toxapex.
The "Miriam EX Fair" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Miriam & Toxapex for the duration of the event.
During this event, players could take on a single-player battle against Miriam & Toxapex, which could only be challenged once per day. Completing this battle awarded players with Event Vouchers N that could be redeemed in the shop. Event missions could be completed by completing this battle a certain number of times, rewarding players with Gems, an additional story area, and a Support Move Candy Coin. Extra vouchers were automatically exchanged with coins once the event was finished.
The player could battle using Miriam & Toxapex to obtain +0.6× bonus vouchers; Chuck & Poliwrath to obtain +0.4× bonus vouchers; and Rosa & Snivy/Servine/Serperior, Rosa (Academy) & Deerling, or any unlisted sync pairs with the Paldea theme skill to obtain +0.2× bonus vouchers.
Only one story area was available at the start of the event. Additional story areas were unlocked over the first two days of the event.
