Triple Hospitality (Japanese: ３色のおもてなし Tricolored Hospitality) was a solo event in Pokémon Masters EX. It was focused on the sync pairs Cilan & Simisage, Chili & Simisear, and Cress & Simipour.

The "Triple Feature Variety Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Cilan & Simisage, Chili & Simisear, and Cress & Simipour for the duration of the event.

During this event, players could earn Event Vouchers M from battles that could be redeemed in the shop. All battles could be challenged an unlimited number of times except Daily Extreme Battle 1, which could only be challenged once per day. Extra vouchers were automatically exchanged with coins once the event was finished.

The player could battle using Cilan & Simisage, Chili & Simisear, or Cress & Simipour to obtain +0.6× bonus vouchers; and any unlisted sync pairs with the Unova theme skill to obtain +0.2× bonus vouchers.

Plot

The player finds Cilan, Chili, and Cress gathered in the Pokémon Center, discussing something amongst themselves. Upon noticing the player, Cilan asks if there's a Pokémon type that they don't like battling. However, the player can't think of any. Chili explains that as Gym Leaders, they usually decide who their challengers should battle based on which type the challenger will struggle against the most. Cress says that this approach doesn't help the three of them get any stronger, and Cilan adds that they were talking about changing things up by pitting challengers against types they don't struggle with. Since the player doesn't have any types they struggle with, Cilan asks if they'd like to battle all three of the brothers. The player can accept or decline the request, but regardless, Cilan says they'll be waiting for the player to challenge them.

Cress	I suppose you balance things out when raising your Pokémon.
Cilan	Um, you see... As for why the three of us, um, were all talking here is, well, er...
Chili	Oh, enough! I'll explain, so listen up! As Gym Leaders, the three of us try to make things challenging for those who take us on! Usually, we decide who everyone should battle based on the type they'd struggle against the most!
Cress	That is indeed the case. But if we want to get stronger too, that's not enough.
Cilan	So this time, we were trying to change it up... by pitting our challengers against users of types they aren't particularly weak against. But you don't seem to have any types you particularly struggle with, <player>. So, how about this, <player>? Would you like to take on all three of us in a Pokémon battle?
