Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on a target and that target is the only Pokémon remaining on the opposing side, it has a chance of increasing the user's Special Moves ↑ Next effect by one rank. The skill can range from 1 on Opp Field & Hit: Special Boost ↑1 1 to 1 on Opp Field & Hit: Special Boost ↑1 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. 1 on Opp Field & Hit: Special Boost ↑1 9 will always increase the user's Special Moves ↑ Next effect. Currently, only 1 on Opp Field & Hit: Special Boost ↑1 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
