Wilma and Altaria in the anime

Wilma or Grandma Wilma (Japanese: タツばあさん Grandma Tatsu) is a move tutor on Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. She lives on the northern, foggy stretch of Route 210.

Previously, she lived in a famous city of Dragon Tamers, and due to this, she is able to teach the move Draco Meteor to the player's Template:Type2 Pokémon if its friendship is maxed out.

In the anime

Her only anime appearance was in DP156. Ash and friends witnessed her teaching an Altaria the attack Draco Meteor from the forest and asked if she would demonstrate how Draco Meteor worked. Later, a wild Gible shows up that Wilma apparently knew and explained that it wished to learn Draco Meteor.

She is voiced by 上村典子 Noriko Uemura in Japanese.
