Boon Island is also known as "Two Island". The island's motto is "Boon Island for Two".
Two Island (Japanese: 2のしま Island 2), commonly referred to by fans as Boon Island (Japanese: ゆうぎじま Friendship Island), is the second island in the Sevii Islands archipelago. It is east of One Island, and west of Three Island. The water to the east of the island is flowing too roughly, therefore, it cannot be surfed upon.

A man from Celadon City has recently opened up an outdoor shop on Boon Island that sells PokéBalls that are usually scarce in Kanto, like Timer Balls.  He might be ordering from the Devon Corporation.  He also sells various beverages and snacks. Bruno of the Elite Four often comes to Boon Island to buy Rage Candybars.
On the island is a small town, known as Two Island, where, despite its size, there are many activities and important things. The town is a trading post for many foreign goods, and as such has a market stall where items that are unavailable in the Kanto region, including Moomoo Milk and Lava Cookies, are sold.

There's an old woman on the island's cape, Cape Brink.  She lives in a cottage and inspects Pokémon.  The town's residents consider her a little creepy, and none of them can remember a time before she lived there.  She is a Move Tutor that will teach a special move to a certain Pokémon under certain conditions: It must be either a Vensaur, Cahrizard, or Blastoise.  And it must be the first Pokémon the trainer started their journey with. If the Pokémon meets those two qualifications, the old lady will teach either Blast Burn, Frenzy Plant, or Hydro Cannon to the special starter Pokémon.
Two Island also houses an old woman, who many of the island's residents consider kind of creepy, on Cape Brink, north of the island. Right next-door to the Game Corner is the Move Maniac's house. Bring him two Tinymushrooms or one Big Mushroom and he'll teach your Pokémon a move it learns at a lower level. This is useful for relearning forgotten moves, or moves that were accidentally not leanred.

On the island is a small town, known as Two Island, where, despite its size, there are many activities and important things. The town is a trading post for many foreign goods, and as such has a market stall where items that are unavailable in the Kanto region, including Moomoo Milk and Lava Cookies, are sold.

Two Island also houses an old woman, who many of the island's residents consider kind of creepy, on Cape Brink, north of the island. If the player's original fully evolved first partner Pokémon has maximum friendship, she will teach it one of the elemental variations of Hyper Beam.

On the west side of the island's small town is a newly-opened Game Corner, owned by Lostelle's father. Over the Wireless Adapter, players of Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen can play mini-games with each other or with someone who has Pokémon Emerald.

It is also the home of the FireRed and LeafGreen move relearner, who will teach a move learned by a Pokémon at an earlier level that it no longer has or never had, in exchange for two TinyMushrooms or a Big Mushroom. This differs from the other Generation III games, who require Heart Scales, due to the lack of wild Luvdisc in the game.

There is a small inaccessible island directly southeast of the main island that looks identical to the Navel Rock sprite on the town map.
