Tangled Feet (Japanese: ちどりあし Tottering Steps) is an Ability introduced in Generation IV. All Pokémon that have this Ability are Normal types.
Effect
In battle
While a Pokémon with this Ability is confused, all moves used against it have their accuracy halved.
Outside of battle
Tangled Feet has no effect outside of battle.
