Psybeam (Japanese: サイケこうせん Psyche-beam) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation I.
Effect
Psybeam does damage and has a 10% chance of confusing the target.
Psybeam can't confuse a target that is already confused.
In Stadium, Psybeam can't confuse a target that has a Substitute.
