Jubilife City
Jubilife City (Japanese: コトブキシティ Kotobuki City) is a city in the region of Sinnoh. Jubilife City is built on land carved out of a mountain by the residents of neighboring Oreburgh City. Jubilife City is the most modernized city in the region, and according to the anime, the largest city in Sinnoh.
It is in Jubilife City's very own TV station that Mystery Gift can be activated. Along with this, a daily lottery and one trainer battle also appear. The trainer is different every day, with the roll-over, like all date-based activities, occurring at midnight.
Lottery Prizes are awarded based on the ID number of a trainer's Pokémon, including ones in their party and in their PC boxes. The game determines whether a Pokémon's ID is a winner or not beginning with the rightmost digit. Different prizes are awarded based on how many digits the winner has in common with the day's lucky number. The prizes, in ascending order, are: Contest Wallpaper, PP Up, Exp. Share, Max Revive, and the rare Master Ball.
The Pokétch Company is another building in Jubilife. The inventor of the Pokétch holds a promotion to get a free Pokétch in Jubilife City, if three clowns with Pokémon trivia questions can be found.
Also of note, the Pokémon Mart in Jubilife offers different wares depending on the player's progress in the game.
Jubilife Condominiums is a building in the north section of town. A woman on the ground floor gives away a Quick Claw.
The Trainer's School features tutorials on how to raise Pokémon. If the School Kids inside are defeated, they hand out TM10 (Hidden Power).
One of the most important buildings in Jubilife, however, is the GTS, which allows players to trade Pokémon with anyone across the entire world.
In the guardhouse to the west of the city, the player is given an Old Rod by talking to the fisherman.
Demographics
The population is 68, making it the third biggest city in the Pokémon world.

Name origin
Its English name comes from jubilant and life, a play on the Japanese name, Kotobuki City; kotobuki (寿) is a Japanese expression similar to "Long life!" or "Congratulations!"
