Double Hit is a damaging Template:Type2 move, introduced in Generation IV. An Aipom who knows this move will evolve into Ambipom when leveled up.

In the anime

Pokémon

Aipom. Aipom hits the opponent with her tail moving rapidly.

Ambipom. Ambipom's tails glow bright pink, and she strikes the opponent with both tails.

Effect

Double Hit does damage, hitting twice per use.

Double Hit will hit twice even if it breaks a Substitute. Bide and Counter will only acknowledge one hit of this move.
