The 2016 McDonald's promotional Pokémon toys were a set of toys distributed at McDonald's restaurants in Europe throughout 2016. Each toy came with one of twelve TCG cards from the McDonald's Collection 2016. A modified set of these toys, with three added figures from the proceeding year's set of toys, was given away at McDonald's in the United Kingdom in 2018. These included cards from the McDonald's Collection 2017.

Some Asian countries held promotions in 2018 with select toys from this set. No TCG cards were included in these promotions.
