Reason: Promotion date in Israel, other European countries

The 2017 McDonald's promotional Pokémon toys were a set of toys distributed in McDonald's Happy Meals for a limited time in 2017. They were available in Australia during July and August, in Europe, depending on the different countries, across September, October, November and December, in the United States from November 7 to December 4, in Israel during an unknown period, and in Brazil and Latin America from December 6, 2017 to January 9, 2018, in the UK from January 3 to February 6, 2018. Only eight of these toys were available in France, Italy, the United States and Israel. With the exception of Brazil and Latin America, each toy came with one of twelve TCG cards from the McDonald's Collection 2017. In the UK, the Rowlet, Litten and Popplio replaced the Jigglypuff, Togepi and Vulpix toys from the previous year's set. Along with Italy, the Rowlet, Litten and Popplio toys did not have stands.

Different European countries held the promotions at different times:

  • Spain - September through October
  • the Czech Republic and Poland - September 15 to October 12
  • Portugal - September 29 to October 26
  • the Netherlands - October
  • France - October 11th to 31st
  • Italy - December 1st to 31st
  • Mainland China - starting August 11, 2018
